Best service ever, really go thru and work hard to make sure that your Vehicle is a great shape, but in order for a mechanic to be a good mechanic, people need to keep in mind that there’s an expense to them. Having to diagnose. There’s an expense for parts in the idea for a successful fix. Is that between both the owner and the mechanic. Have a great understanding that the owner supplies, the mechanic what is needed financially to properly fixed the vehicle. Dave is the best very happy

Great shop and what not but spent 10grand trucks still shakes on highway had/has boost leaks on new turbo install. Got recommended new boots and parts by them when I fixed it with break cleaner and hair spray. Power steering never whined now it whines all the time. Truck was in shop over 2 weeks. Felt as my truck was rushed or just done for the money. I didn’t ask for a new key cut. You went out of your way way to pick up my truck by sending someone who started my truck in gear multiple times. And was grinding and stalling my truck in front of my house(all on video). It’s called customer service you said one thing then it’ll be another and yeah I’m spending 10 grand I’d like and update about my truck I use for work.

After 20 years living in Florida, I finally found an honest shop. Dave at Modern Diesel took care of my 2012 Dodge Ram and made the whole process easier than I can explain. No runaround, no inflated pricing, no waiting weeks just to hear back from someone. They were straight with me from the beginning about the parts, the pricing, and the work being done. Everything was upfront and fast. Honestly, this was the first good news I’ve had in a couple weeks after finding out I have kidney cancer. When your time, money, and energy are limited, the little thing matter more than people realize. Dave and his staff went above and beyond for me in ways most shops wouldn't or couldn't fundamentally understand. You can tell they actually care about people and not just making money off another truck coming through the door. They are the furthest thing from the Stealership! As long as I’m walking this planet, , Modern Diesel will have my business.

I’ve had many encounters with the guys ant modern diesel and all of them have been positive. They rebuilt an Allison transmission for my duramax, along with some other work while he was at it, and it hasn’t missed a beat since. Their prices are fair, and they’re up front and honest…..truly couldn’t ask for a better company to work with. Highly recommend 👍🏼

En route to Kissimmee, a severe rainstorm impacted my vehicle, resulting in engine failure soon after. The truck was rendered undrivable. My warranty company informed me of a $100 surcharge for towing to my mechanic, and upon inquiry, they specified Modern Diesel as the towing destination. Their stellar reputation preceded them, and I acquiesced. When the vehicle arrived, the owner demonstrated a high level of professionalism and courtesy. The truck was left with them for diagnosis and repair, and a couple of days later, the problem was resolved. Impressed by their work, I opted to address other issues with my vehicle. Despite the considerable distance of 15 miles, their exceptional service and communication have earned my enduring patronage.
